The article is titled “Slim Chickens Sees Revenue Grow to $50 Million” by Jan Cottingham and was written based off an interview coordinated by No Limit Agency.
Slim Chickens Chief Operating Officer Sam Rothschild offered a company update to Arkansas Business and noted he is optimistic the company will reach its goal of 600 restaurants worldwide by 2025.
“We expect the franchise community within the next few years will be opening 35 to 50 restaurants a year, and we’ll continue to develop about five restaurants a year on the company side,” Rothschild said.
Rothschild also noted that the company’s revenue in 2015 was up to $50 million; their revenue in 2013 was between $15 and $20 million.
“From a business perspective, and the reason why we’re able to develop and have brought on so many franchisees in the last couple of years, our business model is very solid.” And, Rothschild said, “We are a very proud Arkansas-based company.”
